GREEN CURRY SAUCE
Green curry is popular for any occasions with its full flavor of hot salty-sweet taste. No wonder that green curry can win over everyone’s hearts and taste buds of any range as it’s not only delectable but also colorful with natural green broth from red goat pepper.
Mix Panjros green curry sauce into boiled coconut milk. Add meat and vegetables as like. Serve after it well cooked.
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
Panjros Green curry sauce | 70g. |
Coconut milk | 90g. |
Chicken or other selection of meat | 55g. |
Round eggplant | 55g. |
Sweet basil | 4g. |
Red goat pepper | 1 pinch |
Kaffir lime leaves | 1 pinch |
Net wt 220 gms.
*Meat and vegetables can be adjusted as preferred.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (For 1 Serving)
1. With medium heat, mix Panjros Green Curry Sauce (70g.) with coconut milk (90g.) until it’s boiled.
2. Add chicken or other selection of meat (55g.) and follow with round eggplant (55g.) and sweet basil (4g.). Leave it for around 4 minutes.
3. Add pinch of kaffir lime leaves (4g.) and red goat pepper. Turn off the heat after simmer.
4. Serve with hot steamed rice.
